Balanced Beginnings START 

START here!

A self-paced introductory course centered on nutrition, family lifestyle  modifications, and the development of healthy habits as an approach to pediatric weight and wellness management. Balanced Beginnings START is the first step in setting the whole family on a journey to developing a healthy relationship with food.

What makes this program different?

The Balanced Beginnings START option includes the self-paced introductory course along with one, 25-minute live video call with a registered dietitian to discuss questions, concerns, and next steps. 

​

The Balanced Beginnings START program is a great introduction to either of the Balanced Beginnings 12-week programs!

As a 1:1 client, you’ll get personalized attention, strong accountability, and direct access to my expertise, plus ongoing support for you and your family.

This 12-week program is all about helping you understand your child's body, metabolism, mindset, and overall health in a way that truly works for your family.
