What's Included:

Phase ONE: 3 weeks of rewiring your thinking around food, food rules, dieting, hunger/fullness and metabolism

You’ll learn how your mindset and your eating are connected, what metabolism is and how to eat to best support your metabolism, how to recognize hunger and honor fullness so that you can move away from overeating and binge eating, and exactly what you can do to start eating with confidence along with clear action items and worksheets.

 

Phase TWO: 3 weeks of rewiring your thinking around emotional eating, work through limiting beliefs, and focus on building a better body image. 

We will have the time and space to work through understanding how and why emotional eating can happen and how to overcome emotional eating, what beliefs around food and your body might be holding you back from making progress towards your health goals, and spending time healing your relationship with your body image so that you can work towards confidence. 

 

 

Phase THREE: 6 weeks of nutrition 101, building balanced meals, , meal planning, grocery shopping tips, and real life applications to help build your confidence and competence with nutrition and food choices 

Learn to build balanced meals with the foods that you love without stress, guilt, or overthinking. Simplify your mental load with learning how to plan your day with what to eat, how much, and how to plan for success, and navigate mealtimes with confidence and excitement!!
